Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

Only when you opt for Registered Mail then you will be able to track your parcel.  
A tracking number will be allocated to you via email when the parcel is sent out.

No, you can pay through Paypal without signing up for an account.

How can I make changes to my order after order confirmation?
You are not able to alter your purchase once it is entered into our system upon order confirmation.
However, you can email us at to request for changes. 
If your order has not been process, we will make the necessary changes for you.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel it once you have confirmed payment.

What if I received an incorrect / defective item?

What document do I have to provide during the self-collection?
Kindly provide the printed invoice receipt sent to you via e-mail.
Alternately, you could just show us the e-mail of the invoice receipt. 

What is your return & refund policy?
To ensure customer satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchase within 14 days for local customers and 21 days for international customers.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, in its original condition accompanied with the original invoice receipt. 
Please note that sale merchandise & earrings are strictly not eligible for exchange / refund.
