We allow you to return your purchase within 14 days for local customers and 21 days for international customers.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, in its original condition accompanied with the original invoice receipt.

Faulty / Defective Item:
All our products are individually checked before packing for dispatch.
If the item you received is faulty, please email us at sales@eliterend.com within 24 hours with an image of the defect.
A one-to-one replacement of the exact same item ordered will be provided.
In the event that the item is out of stock, you can exchange to another item of equal value or request for a refund.
You may return the item by post within 14 days from the order dispatch date.
Alternatively, exchange can be done at any of our outlets.

If you’re not absolutely loving your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange / refund within 14 days from the order dispatch date.
We will procceed with the exchange / refund upon receipt of your returned item and confirming the eligibility of the exchange / refund.
